Its my first weigh in tonight! Woohoo!

Im so nervous, but i've stuck to the SS plan 100%, so Im hoping for a good loss to spur me on for the next week!

I'll post later how much Ive lost...

Fingers crossed for you. Had my first weigh in today, and I have lost 4lb. Bit disappointed if truth be told, but that will still equate to a stone in 4 weeks if I keep it up so not too shabby. Wishing you luck

Good Luck. I had mine today and lost 7lbs. Not bad at all. I presume weight losses are greater on SS then SS+ which I'm currently on?
