    I've lost 7lbs woohoo even though I ate Monday and Tuesday because I was so ill but she said it was prob due to me walking 4 miles on sat and 4 miles on Sunday and doing this diet made my body go funny. But that was due to work so at least I don't have to do that this weekend!

    I've took pictures again this week and u can notice a difference am well pleased :)

    Your doing Brilliantly!! - Well Done. It's my 2nd weigh in tonight and im so nervous - just hope i've managed to lose a couple of lbs this week :)
