first weigh in today and i've lost 10lbs
Im still picking myself up off the floor, is this more water weight than fat weight though ? because i can't see a difference in myself or the fit of my clothes yet

anyway i'm chuffed and was very tempted to treat myself with chocolate spread straight out of the pot
but instead had a chocolate food pack which hit the spot!

Can't wait for next weeks weigh in

    Well done honey.
In answer to your question - up to 5lbs in the first week is fluid not fat. But that still means it 5lbs of fat gone forever on top of your 5lbs of liquid.

    peachy
