I was 100% and lost 5lb (in 5 days not 7 as my CDC changed my weigh in day).
Although I think my consultant has told me wrong I'm 5ft 3in and she told me to do 4 packs a day... Having read the book, I'm now cutting down to 3 on my own volition.
Well done 5lbs is great in 5 days! Thats like 1 lb per day. Everyone loses weight differently, 5lbs is deffinately amazing
As far as I know your only meant to have 4 packs if your over 4,8 ft tall. So I'm sure three will be sufficient. However I still recommend letting your CDC know that your going to 3 so she knows whats going on.
