i only lost 3lbs in my 1st week, gutted but i did slip up on the weekend and then had the veg flavouring aswell so maybe that held me back.
hoping for a better loss next weigh in :cry:
 
Don't be alarmed. 3lb is a good loss!
People have a large loss week 1 normally, due to the water weight falling off. If you had a slip up - you'll have retained your water. Have a 100% week this week and you'll benefit from the great water loss too!
 
3lbs is still 3 lbs less than you did weigh:D Roll on week 2 weigh in and sure you'll see a fab loss then too:D x
