First weigh-in last night - 8lbs loss!
Mega chuffed!

On SS+ now - SS nearly killed me! Bring on the 80g of salad!! yay!!

I'm in a good mood today. Hope everyone is feeling positive and happy on this weight loss journey of ours. (And if you are not - don't worry - this horrible feeling will pass, and you are doing this for YOU! - you'll get through it.)
