Well i made it to a full week of LL, no food and water water water.

I have lost 10lb in my first week and weirdly i do feel like i have lost weight, even thought probably not enough to show, i am sure my t-shirt feels baggyier but sure it isnt.I know loss slows doen after week 1 but i hope it doesnt slow down too much as i need the motivation.

This also a milestone for me as i started last week at 20st 8lb and that means i am now "under 20stone" WOOHOOO
