1st weigh in

Hi, it's my first post, and my first weigh in. I've let my weight creep up and up and now I've resolved to do something about it. I just find it really difficult to fit in much exercise, and if I'm honest my diet isn't that great either.

A couple of years ago I was happy with the way I looked, and I'd really like to get back to how I was then. So starting off at 12st 7lbs my target is 10st. But I'd really like to lose 1st by christmas.

If anyone has got any advice I'd be really grateful.
