Had my first weigh in and lost 10lb which is great Went into ketosis by day 3 but the last few days been finding it really hard.I've got no energy and feel really rubbish.Still ketosis but using all my will not to give in.Despite my weight loss still feel really down in the dumbs Can't remember feeling this bad when i did cd. x

Hi Poppys, everyone goes through this the first week and maybe into the second. I didnt suffer with headaches, it was just fatigue. From week 2- now week 5 i have played tennis matches in a league which are tough and got through it okay. Just think now your in ketosis you are fat burning and hold onto that thought!!!

Yes, keep going poppys, I felt absolutely rubbish for the first week, but since then I haven't looked back at all - it does get so much easier, I promise, and as you see the results on the scales, and in your clothes, you can't fail to be motivated :) Good luck! x

Brilliant loss Poppys, it is never easy, but they all tell me it does get easier :) I spent last night doing a little pampering (nails facail etc) which totally took my mind off eating :)

stick with it, such good losses will keep you focussed hun xxx
