today is my first weighing only started last week im so scared i aint lost a lot like everyone on here and i will be dishartend or my husband will think i cheated!!! help!!!:4633:

I bet you have done better than you think! If you haven't cheated you will defo have lost something....and if your husband says you cheated, tell him your doing this for you and not to prove anything to him! =p good luck =) xx

I had the same fear for my first weigh in especially beacuase i only started 2 days after 1st weigh in so mine was based on only 5 days and i lost 9lbs!!! So you for sure will have a loss. Good luck =D Oh i agree with IwillBeayummymummy your doing this for you!!
