I am finding it quick easy to stick to. I think im lucky I can have so many points! And Ive been making a conscious effort to fo on my wii sports active 5 time per week. I'm feeling positive, hopefully that will continue.

Yes exercise is the best way to get this to work and to change our life styles hey .
I have a wii and am going to get on to it.
I have done ww a few times so love it just comfort eating yoyos me and I need to stop using food as a 'friend' if you know what I mean.
