Yep that's right - you can choose to have either one or two HEAs on red/green.

What are you thinking of when you say that things appear in both lists? The only this was does as far as I can remember will be cheese which is a HEA on all plans and also a HEB on the green plan. That is because on red and EE it is assumed you will get your protein 'fix' from meat and fish. On green you might not have meat as a HEB so you get the option to have cheese as a HEB to boost your protein.
