2 stone!!!
I have always been hopeless at dieting -I lose a stone and get bored but I'm loving this! I love having no food decisions to make - I love the routine of it. It's so much less stressful than eating was. I had a wobbly week in the middle and it was a real eyeopener. I felt so terrible after I'd eaten - both emotionally and physically that I don't ever want to feel like that again.
I'm now really seeing and feeling the difference with the weight loss - none of my trousers fit me and my tops are all baggy as opposed to tight. People are commenting on the difference too which is also really motivating.
Anyway - I want to shout from the rooftops
I LOVE THIS DIET
