2 stone off!!

Happy friday everyone....! I will put an entry in my diary but just had to share first that I lost 3lbs at my weigh in today so have hit my 2 stone off! 28 whole lbs! Its so surreall I can hardly believe it. I know its not as quick as some but am so thrilled I never really saw this day (weighing this) coming. Have still got weight to lose but am going to enjoy the moment. My CD experience hasnt been easy and has had a temporary effect on my social life but I cant say its been hell and I can honestly say its been worth it! And my BMI is just below 30..finally overweight and not obese! Yay!Hope everyone else having a good day!
