2 wasted shakes

So today iv had to throw away 2 shakes because when i opened them the shake was compacted and solid. When i broke it up into my shaker there was a dark brown bit at the bottom and i wouldn't mix no matter how much i shook it!! the expiry date was jan 2012 so they couldn't have been out of date! but now im 2 shakes down.

If it looked wrong like that, you should take a pic and email their customer services. In other incidents that people have had Exante customer services have been fantastic and sent out replacements.

oh i just chucked it down the sink! i'll have to check all my other shakes.

definitely take a pic, and email Exante Customer Services. They usually reply promptly.

Personally, I've not had this, and mine expire 2012 too. Maybe a faulty batch???

One was strawberry and one was vanilla. The brown stuff at the bottom put me off then not mixing properly looked horrid!
