2 week weigh in

hi all hope ur ok

well i started on 08/04/09 and did it for 3 days but then went to my familys and couldnt carry on with it so gave in,

ate loads and then felt really bad in away. but im starting again tommorow clean slate, i went to see my cdc today to get two week supply and she weighed me

4LBS DOWN

couldnt believe my eyes i was well chuffed. thats only with three days.

i really thought i put weight on with being off for 10days

carnt wait to start tommorow

ive got afew of my old pics out to keep me motivated
