Step3 1000kcal 2 Weeks and NO LOSSES

    I have to say I am pretty dissappointed at the moment. Following a great run between June and the start of January I have lost a good amount of weight and only 2 stone from goal (ish). I wanted to start incorporating a bit of exercise into my routine so I can start thinking about something sustainable as I move closer to maintenance but for the past two weeks (ok not had my official weigh in but my one at home puts me the same as last week until my official one on Friday) and I have stayed the same :-(

    I expected to have slower losses moving to step 3 and doing exercise but NOTHING???? It's not even heavy exercise!?! Just some core strengthening like some push ups (ok counter situps as can't do real ones yet), sit ups, lunges etc. so why has my weight completely stopped going down? Not due on, same water intake, no routine changes...been really really good about stopping having Nandos or a take away a few times a week like I was before and just after Christmas.

    Feeling deflated but still determined...just...grumpy and fed up.

    Thanks! Some days are worse than others on this diet...just have to keep reminding myself to carry on even with no/low losses sometimes
