That's exciting about your car Harley, my cars red too, my DH says it's girly and hardly ever drives it lol
 
After my garlic bread and Easter egg last night I feel bloated and stuffy this morning! Totally my own fault! Back on it today and I will get the next 2lb off this week and make my half stone! X

Well done clare that's great, Harley great news about the car too.

So i ate way way too much yesterday i actually felt sick while lying in bed last night, however I did have a wonderful day.

And i went to weigh in and lost 2 pounds woop woop :) needless to say this week will be a gain but i deserve it and am prepared for it.

I would like to say I was very much like yes back on it this morning after how sick i felt last night but I have woken up and eaten 2 of my mums homemade flapjacks(my fave) so I have brought them in to work today so as not to eat anymore. Now im back on it...got a really busy weekend so need to be extra good this week.
 
Aww Clare that sucks. It will pass. Try going for a light walk, it should help move stuff and the fresh air will help, if there is anywhere that isn't 5' high in snow. I keep forgetting everywhere is snowed in.

Woop for the loss muzza! Did you have a big mac for me? I'm having homemade burgers this coming week. How tempting.. flapjacks. Nom nom. The injuries are from plummeting to the ground at tap class. Bit sore still, oh well, it can add to the rest of my bruises. Body magic is not my friend.
 
I didn't fran I apologise, but I'm not a massive fan of big mac's, I had a chicken legend with mayo meal, and also we bought chicken nuggets and mozarella sticks to share between everyone... was so full. I've eaten rubbish today as well I'm not happy with myself at all.

Home made burgers sound lovely, I think I'll make a chilli tonight full with superfree to make myself feel better...but I have a piece of choc cake in my fridge :(

Oh yeah I remember reading now about your tap class fall :( hope you feel better soon.
 
Have just had an off week this week.. trying to get on plan but with my easter egg tempting me, i'm finding it tough this week.. had an okay day today and tomoro but tomoro morning after my weigh in I am drawing a line and getting back on track. I got my implanon out today so I've been feeling kinda dizzy since. can't wait to get home and have a wee lie down!
 
Im tempted to try something new when my sw ends, theres alot of good reviews on a 5:2 diet that I could try with sw so I wouldnt be abandoning it altogether, u basically eat anything for 5 days a week (id still eat sw style) and then any 2 days a week that u pick u have a fasting day where u only eat 500 calories which u can eat a fair bit if u eat stuff with alot of veg etc.. Apparently it has alot of health benefits aswell as good weight loss so I may read up a bit more and have a good think about whether to combine it or not
 
I have heard of something similar to 5.2 diet, but it was something like 6 days super good and 1 day off.

SW is very healthy and does work but its hard sometimes to stick to and it can take over your life and food becomes a bit of an obsession, like last week I ate a whole pack of turkey in one go just because it was free so I still need to learn portion control etc and that just because something is free doesn't mean I have to eat it all
 
I think im finding the whole searching syns a bit tedious when I think I can just pick it up and eat it in the time it takes to check how many syns it has and thats what im doing really just giving up and eating it anyway, I think if I combine my sw with this diet it could work well for me as I can concentrate on calories on two days a bit more than just syns and so will help shake things up a bit, I would still stick to between 5 and 15 syns everyday
 
And I would probably have between 10-15 syns for normal days and plenty of superfree and free to make sure I get enough to counteract the low syns and less free food I will be having on the fasting days. I need to research a bit more first about what I could eat on those days before I make a decision anyway

CH you can only do what's best for you but we will still all be here to support you whichever plan you decide to follow, sometimes I guess its getting started and seeing regular losses that is the hardest part. Hoping your shift is going ok and ends soon, do you have the long weekend off?

I decided not to watch Bake Off for that reason and I love that show

For saying I had a 3 day weekend just I am shattered and tempted to go to bed now and already dreading my 6am alarm x
 
Normally id have to work every bank hol monday but I dont have to this time which is a bit odd really I will be doing extra hours on the tuesday and wednesday though :/

When I did shift work I worked every weekend and never had a bank holiday off (other than xmas as I put my foot down lol!) so I know how you feel because its strange isn't it but enjoy it
