Is that right, 200g cooked wholewheat pasta is 8pp?

Just had some and seems like a hell of a lot of pasta - then again though im not used to eating much more than 100g cooked :ekk:

    Do you mean cooked????
200g uncooked would roughly double to 400g cooked pasta so would be around 16pp

I would always weight the pasta uncooked and go with the points of that: weighting pasta cooked is not very reliable because some type of pasta absorb water more than others, so I woudn't really bank on that ;)
