2015 - going to do it this time!

Thanks ladies... I think the plateau was getting to the point of driving me to obsession so time away was required.

Weight loss was a bonus main thing is that mindset has been reset.

It's good to be back :)

Afternoon all,

Slow ass work day today. I have. No motivation at all.

TMy legs are covered in bruises from weightlifting last night. :( I should not have worn shorts. I am trying to get over my fear of having my legs out though so shorts it is haha. I can do it on holiday but not here. It's weird that I have lost almost 2.5 stone and my clothes are fitting better but I still can't physically see a difference in myself.

I have horrible obstacle training bootcamp tonight which I stupidly signed up for. It's full of mad people who are doing tough mudder so no idea why I decided to get involved. It is 6 week block and this is week 2. Last week was bad, this will be worse.

Will just keep chanting get into the 16s in my head I think.

Same with me hun - but others keep reporting changes and that's what I cling to :).

Yeah me too. Think I will always look big in my head.

Maybe eventually my mind will catch up.

Reporting in this evening to say that I survived!

We did circuits first 6 stations, a minute a station and 2 rotations.

Then we went outside and did 4 laps of the track, so 1600 metres in total but we had to do 30 metre walking lunges, 15 press ups then go up stairs of the grandstand. There was also barriers out that we had to climb over. Sad face.

Not looking forward to how sore I will be tomorrow!

It's Thursday! Almost the end of the week.

Today I feel like I have been in a fight, muscle soreness everywhere.

I have a meeting this afternoon which my boss usually goes to but he is in Florida. I have to present the programme update which I'm a bit worried about!

It's also raining here, when will summer come?

Bootcamp sounded like a living hell, so well done for getting through all that alive. Bet it's a massive boost to the self esteem? Also that muscle soreness means lots of good changes taking place in your body as it repairs itself into a lean mean bootcamp machine. Good luck with the presentation!

Boot camp sounds like hell! I used to HATE that sort of beasting in the RAF. There were lads (and girls) there who loved it though. I mean just had this mental attitude that made me want to punch them in the face....... if I had the strength to lift my arms ;) ;)

Good luck with your presentation! Try not to get your words in the wrong order.... hahahahaha *cringe*
 
Well done with boot camp.
I would have definitely collapsed in a heap at the end...who am I kidding...that would have happened half way through lol xxx

Survived presentation... Phew!

Realised that my boss is on holiday again next month and I will have to cover the meeting for a second time! At least it won't be as scary this time.

Sooooo glad it's Friday..

I was doing a bit of reading yesterday on imposter syndrome... I found it very interesting and I think it's something I suffer from in numerous aspects of my life including weight loss!
