Reporting in this evening to say that I survived!
We did circuits first 6 stations, a minute a station and 2 rotations.
Then we went outside and did 4 laps of the track, so 1600 metres in total but we had to do 30 metre walking lunges, 15 press ups then go up stairs of the grandstand. There was also barriers out that we had to climb over. Sad face.
Not looking forward to how sore I will be tomorrow!
