2015 My lifestyle change with food!

Because I've been off work I've been having a full breakfast most days which is lovely but I'm worried that it might be too much

Tried beef in oyster sauce with cauliflower rice

Wasn't a great fan of the cauli rice and the beef in oyster had a really strong flavour - need to alter recipe I think

I wouldn't worry about breakfast as long as you're not over eating, just make sure you have 1/3 speed foods ;)

Thats why I am worried looking at yesterdays breakfast it was more like 1/5 superfree (only the mushrooms)
I don't like chopped toms on breakfast and i dont know what else speed i could have :/

Possibly more mushrooms or non cooked tomatoes or cooked onions would have gone well with the beans ;)

I could have whole tomatoes maybe but not keen. Can't have onions because of IBS
This is why I'm struggling to think of anything. Might just reduce the amount of P? Smaller portion? I dunno lol

No tomatoes are fine - it's onions and anything spicy
Lost 5.5lb this week so not overly concerned now

Had a bowl of bran flakes with chopped banana this morning for breakfast

Usual veg and chicken roast dinner

Lasagna planned for tea with stuffed mushrooms

This is one of the recipes I have followed although I put a lot less sweetener in.

I am going to try with options as I didn't like the aftertaste from the cocoa (I thought it was from the sweetener first)

Much nicer with options I think!!!

60g options (any flavour)
6 eggs
20g sweetener (less than recipe says)
Tsp vanilla extract

Syns will depend on options used.
I tried options hazelnut so it was 9 syns for whole thing - I cut it into 18 so 1/2 syn each
I've tried cherry one too

I have been having 1 or 2 pieces of brownie broken up into little pieces and put in a mullerlight vanilla with chocolate sprinkles - actually tastes like cake!!

Very nice - I cut into pieces and put in freezer- take one out each morning to take to work and it's defrosted by dinner time ☺️

I am going to try a few EEsp days this week because I am out for a meal with the hubby Sunday staying in a premier inn so big breakfast in morning out to eat and drink with sister in law Monday and staying in another premier inn so another big breakfast

I'm already worrying about next thurs weigh in

Meal out at East Z East managed to stay on plan - limited syns used

Starter- shared lamb chops and chicken pakoras with husband
(Pakoras 3 syns each - had 2)

Main- lamb shashlik with steamed rice and two spoons of lamb rogan josh sauce from hubby as didn't like shashlik sauce.
