Yep another month and another challenge open.
Same as usual, set your exercise goal for the month and check back in to keep us updated.
Can you beat yourself.
Any and all exercise can be included.
 
And yes, i realise how cheeky i am starting another challenge whwn i havent shown my face in June or Julys challenge. I supppose thats what my challenge is, just to turn up.
 
My challenge is to get some form of exercise each weekday.
I walk, swim, cycle and jiggle(vibroplate)

Goal exercise 23 times. 0 done 23 to go.
 
Will add my target for July after a having a little think about it.
 
Swimming this morning 20 lengths this morning 12 swimming and 8 aquajogging. Gave my arms a good workout

Goal exercise 23 times. 1 done 22 to go.
 
So a 3km walk yesterday wvening

12 swim and 12 aqua jog

My addition to July 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1150.2 km this month.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 42.6 km on each exercise day.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watts.

I'm going to leave the daily target the same but the chances are I will exceed it.
Will add something later for today and yesterday.
 
Exercise Bike 91.38 km comprised of dual session today and yesterday.
Current Distance 91.38 km this month out of 1150.2 km.

This distance is achieved through doing an extra 5 minutes each on today's sessions.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watt.

Exercise Bike 21.07 km comprised of single session.
Current Distance 112.4 km this month out of 1150.2 km.

Just the single session today a few things going on meaning no time or inclination to do the 2nd Session.
Some days it's awkward to fit things in.

Nothing on Friday.
Trying to motivate myself to go for a walk now before breakfast.

1 hr 40 Mins on the exercise bike.
I've had to go to the hospital all week as my old man been admitted.
So my diet has been a little bit less disciplined with the time complications that adds.

Nothing on Saturday. After the rain i was ready for a walk but then 3 year old Oscar joined me so it was a wander not a walk.
