Always good to err without witnessess but hopefully just your pride hurt and nothing else.
Ah yes, just the ego was bruised luckily!

Week 5 Run 2 completed today, improved again on my pace so really happy about that. Sunday sees the first 'long' run .

Week 5 completed today. It was tough, I had to have a break. I wasn't feeling it and could have just not gone so the fact I even ran means I am winning. Pretty happy I have consistently run for 5 weeks. I do have zero intention of moving from the sofa now for the rest of the day though!

I've had a couple non-exercise days this week.

This is due to cutting back my fingernail on my right thumb.
Ending up with a severe infection requiring the need of seven days of antibiotics.
Never thought something so trivial could result in so much pain.
Now will be much more careful when cutting nails as I don't want to inflict any other needless injuries on myself.

Despite the slightly shorter session today and missed sessions last week.
I'm still on course to meet my exercise challenge but it will be close.

Bit of a tired effort today partly due to exertions at work and it being a bit warmer temp wise.
But it's a another staging point towards my monthly goal.

Bit fatigued this week so slightly shortened my dual session.
