My addition to May 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1150.2 km this month.
Weight at 202.8 lbs this morning and looking to get to 200 lbs by June 2019.
The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 42.6 km on each exercise day.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watts.
