21 weeks in and I'm stuck!

Hi All
I'm a WW'er and for last 4 weeks or so I have been gaining and losing the same pound if not my weights been staying the same! I'm sticking to my points and drinking my water etc and varying my menu's! Up until this hic-cup I was losing 2lb if not a pound every week.

Is this quite normal? How do u get over this and get your weight going again? I'm currently upping my exercise and doing 3o mins fat burning each night wiv exercise dvd's!

Anyone got any other tips which might be of help ;o)

every one hits a sticking point hun, the most important thing NOT to do right now is give up. stick with it, you will start loosing again, trust me ;)

Everyone hits plateaus at certain points, they don't last forever and then suddenly the weight starts to come off again...don't fret, it is normal and natural...
