Hi All
I'm a WW'er and for last 4 weeks or so I have been gaining and losing the same pound if not my weights been staying the same! I'm sticking to my points and drinking my water etc and varying my menu's! Up until this hic-cup I was losing 2lb if not a pound every week.
Is this quite normal? How do u get over this and get your weight going again? I'm currently upping my exercise and doing 3o mins fat burning each night wiv exercise dvd's!
Anyone got any other tips which might be of help ;o)
