bitter sweet triumph. I cannot believe I'v lost the weight i have so fast but I definitely feel like I'm paying for it. I'v 5 kgs left to lose and a week left on the time I set for it. But because I feel like I'm going to vomit all the time I really dont think I can handle another week. should I refeed this friday instead of next?

Hey sweetness. I'd carry on for the next week if you possibly can. If you truly feel like you'd be much better off refeeding early then listen to your body. Did you feel like this on TFR last time? xx

Well done on doing so well in such a short space in time. As for refeeding, you need to make the decision but do weigh it up carefully - will you regret it in the long run if you do finish early? It's not much longer. Good luck.

Hey hun, Ya have done fantastic so far and if ya can squeeze another week out of it then I would continue however if ya are constantly vomiting ya should probably rethink it and think of your health as the main priority!

I started refeeding today, I feel so much better. Having dinner was great. Almost immediately my nausea lessened and my dizziness isnt so severe. I gonna do my best to lose the rest of the weight normally. Gonna give myself a month or 2 to lost the final half stone :) good luck to everyone and thanks for being so supportive
