Proof of cals today. Wasn't upto 1200 but as I we t over yesterday it helps make up
For it and I refuse to eat for the sake of eating. I've not actually been hungry today so I've just eaten when I'm hungry and made better choices.
 
So yesterday I had some cheese on toast....with nimble bread and a measured portion if cheese and a mini bag of buttons.

I feel like I'm really back on it, I feel like I'm out of the binge phase, I don't feel hungry all the time and managed to say no to junk food yesterday at work. I'm out for a meal tonight but its a steak house so shoukd be ok with working out cals, today ill have to eat light to save my cals for tonight.
