I just had a talk to myself. If I really pull my finger out I can lose 3 stone by then. A stone every 20 days is possible, people have done it before, and I have soooo much to lose so it should drop off. I'm making sure I drink my 4 pints of water a day and no evening eating. I'm also using the happy scale app which is fab. It's very very visual and it has helped in the past. You have to weigh daily and you really do see results. So I'm going to weigh tomorrowSounds lovely. 60 days. It will be so worth it x
Good luck!! yes, SF works for me because if the strict portions. good fluid intake has also worked really well for me to help me keep on track. I also weigh on a Friday or Saturday morning for the same reason!! Feel like it's easier to stick on track during the week, and if I get a good loss it spurs me on to continue over the weekend!
Good luck! Be careful with daily weighing though, we all fluctuate so much day to day, and it's only really weekly or monthly we will see the real progress. C x
