28 day challenge (panic)

    Exante
    Well as usuall panic set in 28 days till holiday of a life time (big Birthday!) and need to loose wt again. Lost 35lb on LT last yr and yep put it back on.Have been trying since jan but just cant get my head around it this time was so very focussed last yr but really struggling this time. My health is begginin to suffer and i feel rubbish. But I only have myself to blame. SOOOO 28 days and on a mission to loose 24lb. I know once i get passed the first week i shall be fine because last time i found it easy once i got into the swing of things I have to do this its not an option any more of oh I will try again tomorrow. Long haul flight and risks etc need to take my finger off the self desruction button.

    1 .100% exante focussed
    2. 4Litres water
    3. 3 mile walk tonight after work
    Ican do this and I will do this

    Hiya just wishing you lots of luck..and if u don't mind I'll join you with the challenge ... I've been a complete waste of space recently soooo am on my final restart today...
