2lb loss and got weighed evening instead of morning

Hi everyone I am pleased today as I had my weigh in this evening, and after eating my shakes and drinking 2 litres of water I still lost 2lb
Mt CDC said thats the equivalent of losing 5 or 6 lbs.

Chuffed.

2lbs is brilliant I have had a looooong series of -2lbs (I am on Step2) and used to be very disheartened until I realised that they all added up! Good on you for being positive: I have a feeling you'll go far And yes, we always weigh more in the evening. If only because we have already eaten/drunk and produced waste that's still in the body. I'm sure there are other reasons, but I don't know what they are
