Good luck folks!
I am on RC but I'm doing it on my own, can't afford classes. Going by materials I got a while back.
My 2nd week I only lost 1 pound but the week before I'd lost a lot.
I am now used to diet, I don't even feel like it's a diet, well I do cause I'm not eating sweeties biscuits and cakes like I used to but I know its going to be worth it in the end.

caramel snack a jacks are on offer in tesco at £2 for a pack of 9 I find that a little something sweet occasionally really helps me to not feel deprived and they are under the 5% fat rule

have tried the jumbo cheese but too cheesy for me but I do like the tesco light choices savoury(marmite) flavour!
