I am on RC but I'm doing it on my own, can't afford classes. Going by materials I got a while back.
My 2nd week I only lost 1 pound but the week before I'd lost a lot.
I am now used to diet, I don't even feel like it's a diet, well I do cause I'm not eating sweeties biscuits and cakes like I used to but I know its going to be worth it in the end.
