2ND DAY ON LIPOTRIM

    HI again well today ive stuck to it 100% but ive had the worst head ache ever and cant seem to get warm im hopeing its down to the diet and not me becoming ill:( well i can manage the shakes its the amount of water i have to drink its making me feel sick bloated and cold i must admit today as gone slightly quicker than yesterday (1st day on diet) so its got to be getting easier.
    i abused food so much eating at least 4 bags of crisps a day endless chocolate and cakes and nver having proper meals havin 3 kids i skipped meals it was easier i feel like the lipotrim program will change the way i think about food and what i have to eat also
    as anyone done the re eating program yet 2 shakes and a meal and also what happens after the program ends do u just go on to eat healty meals?????

    I also had terrible headaches for few days went I started. I just took some paracetamal and it helped. I was also cold and still am. I has to do with the low calories which essentially lowers blood pressure. HAng in there coz week 2 gets much much easier if you stick to it 100%. I have a lot more to lose so i cant give advice on refeed but there are many threads on this forum where people are on refeed. you have started your journey back to a healthy weight, you can do it!!! dont let anything get in your way. Keep busy if you feel the urge to eat.

    I'm in week 13 now and am still cold!! Can't wait to be off this just to warm up a bit. The headaches should pass after a couple of days so don't worry. Can't advise on the refeeding process as I have 12 weeks (today) until I start. Keep drinking the water though, very important. Some people prefer drinking water warm or hot. That might make drinking it easier and warm you up at the same time. Stick with it cos the first weigh in results will be worth it. Good luck.

    As for your old eating habits, mine were very similar, so much junk and rubbish it's unbelievable! Being on this really makes you think about why and when you ate and how you can change those bad habits. I can't wait to eat healthy foods when I finish this.
