Well done - all those trips to the loo burn up calories for you too!

The hunger will soon pass, just go for it one day at a time - the weight will soon be falling off you.

by tomorrow or saturday u shouldnt feel hungry. im on day four and any hunger i have felt has been purely habit or emotional. hated day 2 but it will get better. good luck for ur first weigh in :D

Yes taking one day at a time.............all 100 of them! 27th December seems a hell of a long way off!

Well done there - yes - it is a withdrawal of sorts...I know exactly what you mean. You're going great guns - Get through tomorrow and you can have a big shiny imaginary star from me ;)
