Hi All, I thought i'd really let myself down this month probably putting all the weight I lost last month back on but i've actually lost a 1lb so i'm actually really happy with that. My husband took me away for 4 days to a Hilton hotel where on the whole I was pretty good, and went in the gym and pool every day. But then we went on a family camping holiday straight after, and i'm ashamed to say the healthy eating went out the window!! But still i'm pleased with the result, and maybe thinking back to this in the future will help me to keep on track - here's to at least a 7lb loss this month Good luck everyone!!
