2nd time round..

Hi all...

I was on cambridge in April this year and managed to lose 1 stone in 3weeks..but then i suddenly stopped due to financial probs and just missed food..

anyway since then i decided to become a Cambridge counsellor as my CDC thought i would be great for it so i applied and passed and started working last month, it's going well by the way..

and i have since put the stone back on as i just went back to my old eating habits so i'm back!
Need to lose about 4 stone to get down to 9st 7lbs, i now weigh 13st.1

It's my 3rd day on SS+, i tried doing SS but cos i'm anemic(sp?) and always tired i thought it would be best if i had the small meal in the evening.
It's going well anyway and looking forward to sticking to it as best i can with the help of all you lovely people

i restarted yesterday had to have a couple of weeks off due to house move and finances and amazed ive still managed to loose a lb while off cd, so im back to shift this final bit. good look for the first weigh in!
