2nd time

hi everyone i started bk on lipotrim today i only managed to get to day 9 last time and im determined to do it for 21 days this time then do maintenance i tried to do slimming world but there's too much freedom for me I've previously lost 6 stone from calorie counting and this last 2 stone is the hardest to lose and i really need to re train my brain to eat healthy so im really hopig im gonna do it this time!! x
