2nd week not much loss


Will be slim!!!!!!!
you'll will probably have a huge loss next week, our bodys are strange and some weeks we dont lose much but the week after we will lose alot, don't stress out about it, just keep up all your good work, and 2/3 pounds is still really good hun! xx
a loss is better than a gain - well done you on a 10 mile walk!

You may be surprised and have lost more when you step on the scales or maybe have a big loss next week.
