2nd week weigh in

HI everyone

not been able to get on again for a few days and I apologise for not thanking you all for your replies on my first week weigh in post,
I lost another 7 and a half pounds on monday at my weigh in and im really pleased,:D other than a cold I have caught :jelous:

week 1 - 10lbs
week 2 - 7.5lbs

can anyone tell me if you can put in half pounds on my user profile updates

you can only do whole numbers on the profile ('User CP') thing, but if you get ourself a tracker you will be able to use half measures :)

Sorry to hear that you're feeling under the weather. So many people are feeling poorly at the minute, must be the time of year. Hope you feel better soon.

I feel a bit better today, thought i would lie in and start the shakes late, one thing that has helped me, I have bought an espresso machine from N,espresso, expensive but i like coffee and it has been worth it, if i have one of their number 9 coffees in the morning I have managed to put off having the first shake for longer which helps in the evening, for me the number 9 has been like having a sugar fix in the morning

just want to get to monday again for my next weigh in what suprises me is that all of a sudden you just get into an item of clothing that you thought may have taken another couple of weeks to fit into

i like this diet
