To be honest I'm doing ok.. Find it a lot easier than dieting on food..,
don't get me wrong, I'm hungry starving in fact , and miss food in big, huge, gigantic way lol
but when you see the results you get, and see thd results other people get, if really does keep me on track
I'd recommend it to anyone, but i would emphasise the strictness. Try it for a week, that's all I told myself, try it for a week, if you can't cope then don't... I saw my first loss and thought "I'll cope" pmsl
