Well had 2nd weigh in last night and lost a 1lb.. wud have liked more but a loss is a loss 
Im gonna fill up on free foods this week and superspeed foods as I didn’t eat an awful lot last week and im gonna drink 1-2 litres of water a day too as i hadn’t been drinkin very much.. im also gonna chuck a few green days in as well..i am out on sat night at a friends where there will be nibbles but will not go mad, im also at a bbq that day but will try stick to chicken steak etc (if there is any) heres to a even better loss next week
