2nd weigh in...................

HI everyone I've had my second weigh in after my works night out last night were I ate sensibiliy and enjoyed every mouth of my three courses and didn't touch an alcohol drink! and lost 3.5lbs and it is a baddy totm.
I'm delighted, over the moon, this diets brill,I hated it at first but definitly grown to love it!! :sign0168: cambridge xxx
