A loss is still a loss after all - keep up the hard work:) Do you drink much water? I have found the weeks when I drink more, I lose more.

the main thing is u r enjoying ur diet and not feeling deprived or uncomfortable. this has to be really important for having a successful diet as well as for maintaining the loss afterwards in my opinion.

I am glad with my weight moving at this stage, anything above a 1lb. I see it as a real bonus:)
