2nd weigh in

    Another 2lbs off so thats 4.5 in 2 weeks which is not a great deal but hey ho slow and steady wins the race and i have to say i am really enjoying it as well.

    A loss is still a loss after all - keep up the hard work:) Do you drink much water? I have found the weeks when I drink more, I lose more.

    its all in the right direction!

    the main thing is u r enjoying ur diet and not feeling deprived or uncomfortable. this has to be really important for having a successful diet as well as for maintaining the loss afterwards in my opinion.

    Nothing wrong with 2lbs. a week!:)

    I am glad with my weight moving at this stage, anything above a 1lb. I see it as a real bonus:)
