2nd WI

Hi all,
Just got back from my second WI and i am so pleased with a 7 lb loss.
I already confessed on here to a couple weak moments so i feel like i got away with it. Now the losses will slow down i have got to get going 100% with no weaknesses at all.
Working now to getting another 9 lb off to reach my 2 stone loss. My goal is to try and do that within the next 3 weeks xx

Well done and I hope that fab result gives you the resolve to stay strong and carry on 100%. You can do this, just focus on your two stone goal.
