Well girls,
I had my WI today despite having my totm this week and an unexpected 1.5ib gain (mid weeK) to find i have lost 4.62ib today - whoop whoop

That's 1 big fat stone in 2 weeks!!!!

On Wednesday I'm starting CD so i can have some porridge and meat though, any thoughts?? x

Wow that is fantastic, you have done amazing and it proves that we shouldn't weigh ourselves mid week cos our weight changes daily.

I have my 2nd wi on monday so I'm just behind you but I feel for me I need the discipline of LT because if I start eating any food I will end up cheating, thats why I couldn't do a conventional diet. Good luck whatever you chose xxx

Good luck with CD. I need the control of LT. So the no food option suits me perfectly.

There's a great CD forum. They will know all the answers to any questions or queries you have.
