3 days in and lost

Just over 11lbs after first 3 days.

Really gives me the motivation to keep going. i know i wont keep dropping off at this rate and probably mostly water, but i'm loving it.

Ah yes, the first weeks loss is always great to see!
Daily weigh ins are naughty though lol So no more peeking til the end of the week

11 lbs in 3 days. That's loads. I think I've only lost 1 lb!!!

It's all relative Saf, you don't have a lot to lose so it comes off more slowly but it's still a loss x

11lb is good but I second the no peaking advice. I had a sneaky peep after 4 days but when I saw I lost loads I cheated and had some carbs!:sigh:. Having said that I have just reolised I got to 4 days this week and cheated aswell! Got to stop cheating.....trouble is I am still loosing but just not as quick as I could

Yeah i'm goin to try and stay off the scales til Wednesday now. That's week one weigh in for me.

Well done that's really some weight you've lost in such a short length of time ... I've got my first WI on Tuesday and I can't wait. I'm really struggling today though as its Sunday but determined to get to week one without cheating (hopefully) lol x
