Hello Every One I'm Kim.
I Used To Be A Member Of MiniMins, A Year Ago Or So Maybe. But I Cannot For The Life Of Me Remember My Log In Details.
Anyway Here I am Again. And I Need Help.
I'm actually heavier now than i was when i started Minimins!
Im starting the alternative to Slimfast tomorrow (Ultra slim)
I think its going to be a good way to kick start my diet.
But i need motivating I would love to hear some success stories to get me going and get motivated.
Even if you've only lost a few pounds i would love to hear how you've done it :D
My plan is
Morning Ultraslim
snack
Afternoon ultraslim
snack
Evening 600 calorie Tea.
Lots & Lots of water
1 hrs exercise morning - either a bike ride or walk - reasonably low paced.
and 30 -40mins of treadmill in the evening.
My goal is to lose 10lbs by xmas. i know its alot. Do you guys think its doable?
