3 Packs on 790Kcal plan?

Kath

My CDC has actually told me to cut back on the water. I was/am drinking 4-5 ltrs a day. She said go easy on it this week and see if I lose any more. I'm also cutting back on bars this week too - see if that works. I'm not gonna give in but I am sitting crying while typing this - I would kill for a curry, garlic naan bread, vegetable pilau, chips, poppadums, god I am gonna have a nervous breakdown soon!!!!!!!

Oh dear Mia!!

Hang in there.

A bad loss week is usually followed by a good loss week!! Therefore make sure you do get the water down this week and maybe go for a few evening walks if the weather cheers up a bit and I think you'll have a big smile on your face next week.

Aw Mia - I'm glad you aren't going to give in. I do know it can be soul destroying when you have a lower than expected loss. Listen to Mike's (Icemoose) advice. This feeling will pass I promise :hug99:

Hi,

Hope you are feeling better today.

The average weight loss on CD is l stone per month which is 3.5lbs per week. Looking at your losses and dividing by the weeks you have been on the diet you are losing 4.4 lbs per week which is above the average:)

This week you have probably had a plateau, this is where the body holds on to fluid for a little while but continues to burn fat as Mike says next weigh in could be a big one.

I was also abit concerned about having the 3 foodpacks plus buying the food on top, especially when i realised how big one portion is and howmuch it'll cost.

I know that the diet is much cheaper then alot of other diets but i only really like to eat things i like ( and on 790 list), like fish ( good quality cod loin ), otherwise i wont eat it all and it can be rather expensive to have everyday.

I also only live off benefits with a little help from mum and dad, here and there but i like to be independent and pay for my own things.

So i am just trying to plan out how long i will be on each maintainance stage, how much it will cost me, how to cut back on other things to save money. But to buy the 3 packs alone costs almost a weeks worth of benefits, lol. I have to by medication too. Its all a big blah.

But i am losing weight and i am much more healthier and feel better in myself, so i guess you have to weigh up the costs and benefits.

I just wish i had more money :(
