3 Stone done, 7 to go

Here are some of my before and during pictures, I will try and post one every couple of months.


This one is July 2010, it took me until march 2011 to start doing anything about it. Here I am approximately 20 stone.


This was 4 weeks in and 9 lb down. March 2011 I was 19st 1lb


This is 1 year in and 3 st down. This is more or less how I look now. 16st 10lb

I am hoping these will serve as inspiration for me to stay on plan and kick start my losses again.
